Cancellation Policy:
Customers have the option to cancel their orders within 24 hours or before the items are dispatched.
Replacement Policy:
We will be happy to replace your order under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Product: If the wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- Defective Product: If the product received is defective.
Replacement requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process.
- The product must be returned to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The replacement will be dispatched to you once we have received and inspected the returned product. It’s essential to note that we reserve the right to reject a replacement request if we find evidence of product tampering, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
Exchange Policy:
For exchanges, we offer the following terms:
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase.
- A $3 USD shipping fee will be added to each exchange.
- Online exchange requests on the same order are accepted for up to 2 times only.
- Please note that promotional and sale items are excluded from our exchange policy.
We do not offer refunds.
